Williamsport, Lycoming County-

Sticky fingers and a bad habit could land a Williamsport man in jail for some time.

Police say 35-year-old Farrakhan Knight swiped a carton of Newport cigarettes from the Turkey Hill Market on Washington Boulevard.

It happened around 2:00 Thursday morning. Police say Knight returned to the same store just before 5:00 Thursday morning.

The clerk identified Knight and police showed up to arrest him.

Because this is Knight's third offense, he was charged with a felony count of retail theft. He's locked up at the Lycoming County Prison.
