HARRISBURG- Buckle up Pennsylvania! That's the word from the state's top boss.
Governor Ed Rendell has proclaimed Monday, May 18th, Buckle Up Pennsylvania Day. Drivers are urged to wear their seat belts every time they get behind the wheel.
State and local police will enforce the seat belt law. It's part of the "Click It or Ticket" campaign which starts Monday and runs through June 7th. | | |
