Closing Arguments This Afternoon in Gay Porn Murder Trial - Wednesday, March 11, 2009 at 12:30PM EST
WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- Closing arguments are scheduled for this afternoon in the Harlow Cuadra murder trial.
This morning the accused killer was back on the stand and there were more fireworks. Cuadra was cross-examined by lead prosecutor Michael Melnick for about 2 hours.
Judge Peter Paul Olszewski said they had to review a legal matter before closing arguments would begin this afternoon.
It’s possible the jury could get the case by the end of the day. | | |
