WILLIAMSPORT, LYCOMING COUNTY-

Construction work is right on pace for a movie theater in downtown Williamsport.

When it's finished the "Cinema Center" at the corner of 4th and Hepburn Streets will boast nine theaters and more than 17-thousand seats.

On Wednesday workers installed wiring and insulation as well as risers for the stadium seating.

Construction also continues on the area that will house the lobby, snack bar and ticket booths.

The movies are set to open to the public on May 2nd.
