Williamsport, Lycoming County-

Lycoming County commissioners have announced their intent to sell The Meadows to Susquehanna Health.

The Meadows is a 35,000 square foot, 60-bed personal care facility on Warrensville Road.

The county recently purchased The Meadows from the Park Home board.

Officials insist the transition will be seamless and all employees will be retained.

The price tag for the sale is $4 million and includes 5.6 acres of land.
