STROUD TWP., MONROE COUNTY -- Police have identified the suspect who they say robbed the M&T Bank in Stroud Township twice last month.
In both robberies police say 39-year-old Shannon Hamilton walked up to the same teller and threatened to shoot her if she didn't give him money.
Hamilton is a black man, 6Õ tall and about 180 pounds. He goes by the street name "Red".
