Crestwood Support Staff to Strike
Crestwood Support Staff to Strike - Sunday, May 17, 2009 at 6:24PM EST
WRIGHT TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY- Support staff in the Crestwood School District will begin walking the picket lines Monday morning and that means shorter class days.
The high school will dismiss at 12:00 P. M. and the elementary school will let out at 1:00 P. M. until further notice. That’s because no cafeteria meals will be served during the strike.
Custodians, maintenance crews, secretaries and cafeteria workers at Crestwood have been without a contract since 2001. | | |
