Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County- Another anticipated trial out of Luzerne County could be postponed.
Attorneys for murder suspect Harlow Cuadra filed a request today for an extension to file their pre-trial motions.
Cuadra and his co-defendant, Joseph Kerekes, are charged with killing gay porn producer Brian Kocis inside his back mountain home.
A hearing will be held later this month in the case -- and the trial is scheduled to begin in march.
