SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY-There was an unusual site in downtown Scranton this morning.
Despite pouring rain the Little Debbie Cupcake Car arrived on courthouse square. The car has been making stops all over the country. Workers are even handing out free cupcakes. If you'd like to check it out, the cupcake car will be on Public Square in Wilkes-Barre Thursday morning beginning at 9:00.
