LUZERNE COUNTY- In Luzerne county, the family of a man, who was poisoned to death by his wife in the 1990's, is trying to keep her behind bars.

Bob Curley died from thallium poisoning in 1991. His wife, Joanne, confessed to spiking his iced tea with rat poison. In fact she gave the final deadly dose, while he was in the hospital.

She says she did it for the life insurance money. She has served 12 and a half of a 10 to 20 year sentence. She has a parole hearing next month.

Bob Curely's sister Susan Hooper, is circulating a petition, asking for the public's support to keep Joanne locked up. She says her brother was tortured.

Joanne Curley has a hearing next month. She has tried twice before to get out of prison.

I hope she never gets out for what she did to Bob!!!! She methodically poisoned HER HUSBAND for money, she is truly EVIL!!!!!!!!!
