It took the jury in Sunbury less than two hours to convict Richard Curran of first degree murder. Curran was on trial for shooting his ex-wife Tina outside the Shamokin Area Hospital in 2005. Curran was a part time police chief from Berks County. Now the jury will decide if he will get the death penalty or life in prison.
