WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -It was a night to learn more about Cyber-Bullies and how parents can protect their children.

A special program held Tuesday night at St. Nick St. Mary's School in Wilkes-Barre some 100 parents turned out to hear from the experts. Detective Chaz Balogh of the Luzerne County D.A.'s office and Deputy Sheriff Erin Joyce the message cyber-bullying can be stopped if parents know the warning signs

Det. Chaz Balogh told us. "The kids become isolated, doesn't want to go to school, calling off from school, pretending like their sick. These are clear signs that something is wrong and most of the time it is a bullying issue." Another Cyber-bullying program will be held all day Wednesday at the Pittston Middle School.
