DUI Charges Filed Against Acting Luzerne Co. Controller - Monday, January 26, 2009 at 11:32AM EST

JENKINS TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY- In an update to a story the I-Team first brought you last week, DUI charges have been filed against the Acting Luzerne County Controller.
Jenkins Township police say A. J. Martinelli crashed his SUV early last Monday morning along Main Street in Port Griffith.

Blood test results show Martinelli had a blood alcohol level of 0.212%. That's more than 2 times the legal limit.

There’s no word on how this will affect Martinelli’s job.
