There is progress in a high-profile murder case in Luzerne County .
Two men accused of killing a porn producer will go to trial at the end of the summer.
A judge ruled today that the trial of Joseph Kerekes and Harlow Cuadra will begin September second.
They're charged with killing 44 year old Brian Kocis then setting fire to his home in the Back Mountain in January of 2007.
