SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- Lackawanna County businessman Louis DeNaples has filed a lawsuit in federal court.

He wants to be re-instated as chairman of the board of First National Community Bank.

DeNaples had to step down while he fought perjury charges, which were eventually dropped.

In his lawsuit, DeNaples claims he's helped the bank grow over the last 35 years.
