HARRISBURG, DAUPHIN COUNTY- Mount Airy Casino owner Louis DeNaples turned himself into authorities in Harrisburg this afternoon and was arraigned. He was released on $25,000 bail.

A Grand Jury accuses DeNaples of lying under oath to the State Gaming Control Board. Last week the Dunmore businessman was stripped of his gaming license and that decision was upheld during a hearing yesterday. The slots parlor will remain open under control of the State Gaming Board and profits from the casino will be held from DeNaples until his case is decided.

If convicted DeNaples could face jail time and millions of dollars in fines.
