Police release the name of a man killed in an ATV accident Saturday night in Carbon County.
Brian Davis, a 42-year old man from Temple, Berks County was riding with a group when his ATV flipped near railroad tracks in Weatherly. Davis was found unconscious and not wearing a helmet. by the time Emergency crews were able to make it on scene he was pronounced dead.
The investigation is ongoing.
