NICHOLSON, WYOMING COUNTY - Part of Route 11 is closed in both directions after a deadly crash in Wyoming County.
The two-car accident happened on Route 11, near Route 920, in Nicholson Borough. At this time, the road is closed in both directions.
State Police and the Wyoming County coroner are on the scene. They say there was one person inside each vehicle. One person was killed. The other was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. No names have been released.
PennDOT expects the road to be closed for several hours. There is no timetable for it reopening right now.
