Deadly Accident in Lackawanna County - Sunday, April 12, 2009 at 11:40PM EST
EYNON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY - One man is dead after an accident early Sunday morning in Lackawanna County.
It happened on the Scranton - Carbondale Highway in Eynon just before 6:00 AM. Police say 25-year-old James Spinelli of Carbondale died when his car went up an embankment and rolled over.
Investigators say Spinelli was not wearing a seat belt. | | |
