UNION TOWNSHIP, TIOGA COUNTY - A 31-year-old man was killed after a car crash early Sunday morning in Tioga County.

State Police say it happened just after 2:00 AM on Route 414 in Union Township. Troopers say Brent Woodward of Canton was killed when his car went off the road, went down an embankment and rolled over.

Investigators say Woodward was pronounced dead at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the deadly accident.
