DELAWARE WATER GAP, MONROE COUNTY -- State police in the Poconos say a fire that killed a well-known diner owner was no accident. Now it's a murder investigation.

Last week fire tore through apartments connected to the Delaware Water Gap Diner. The owner of the diner, Rigas Ioannidis, who lived in the apartments, could not make it out.

Ioannidis was 71-years-old and well-known in the community. No arrests have been made.
