LEWIS TOWNSHIP, NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY - One man is dead after a farming accident Monday morning in Northumberland County.

State Police say it happened at a property in the 1700-block of Paradise Street in Lewis Township. Troopers say 58-year-old Glen Ranck of Watsontown was crushed to death when he got caught between the frame and the box of a flat-bed dump truck.

Ranck's death has been ruled an accident.
