JESSUP, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- One person is dead and another is facing charges after a deadly shooting in Lackawanna County.

It happened in the 100 block of Gallagher Street in Jessup around 3:00 Saturday morning. State police say a 23-year-old man shot and killed his brother overnight.

The suspect is now behind bars with no bail after this deadly shooting in Lackawanna County.
