WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- Some drivers in the diamond city have to take a detour this weekend. Part of Wilkes-Barre Boulevard is closed so that contractors can work on a railroad crossing.

Wilkes-Barre Boulevard is closed between Conynham Avenue and the on-ramp to Route 309. The road is expected to reopen at 5:00 Monday night.
