((WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY))

The man accused of murdering Kelli Fasulka and Joseph Hernandez takes the witness stand in his own defense.

In court today, 46-year-old William Rohland of Old Forge pointed the finger of blame at his friend Daniel Lock and Kelli Fasulka’s ex-boyfriend.

Reporter Jill Konopka asks, “He's saying it was all you, do you have anything to say to that? Daniel Lock responded with nothing".

Prosecutors say Rohland and Lock went to Fasulka's Avoca trailer in August of 2006 to buy cocaine On Wednesday, Rohland testified the pair went there to drop off beer and cigarettes, when Lock went in to get money for those items. Rohland, tired of waiting then went in too.

He says that’s when he found Fasulka face down on the floor in blood. Rohland also says he saw Lock point a 12-gauge shot gun at Fasulka's head and pull the trigger.

He says he accidentally shot Hernandez in the elbow/bicep area as they struggled over a gun, but Rohland testified it was actually Lock who later shot Hernandez twice more with the gun, killing him. Closing arguments will begin tomorrow morning.
