Dramatic flooding rescue in Wilkes-Barre - Wednesday, March 5, 2008 at 1:05PM EST

WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- There was a dramatic water rescue in Wilkes-Barre. Justin Seabridge of Wilkes-Barre drove his truck through an overflowing Laurel Creek, and got stuck.

Fire Crews rescued him using a ladder truck at about 10:30 Wednesday morning. Seabridge was not injured, but he was quickly arrested after his rescue. Police say he was trespassing on a private dumpsite underneath the cross valley expressway.

Seabridge told WBRE News he was driving to his mother's house in the Parson’s neighborhood in Wilkes-Barre.
