Drug Raid in North Scranton

Drug Raid in North Scranton - Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at 12:42PM EST

SCRANTON, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- One man was taken into custody after an early morning drug raid in Scranton Wednesday morning.
County detectives and a police Special Operations Team conducted the raid at a home at 227 Hollister Avenue. Scranton's drug dog was also brought to the scene to check the house.

31-year-old Noel Acevedo, originally from Puerto Rico, faces charges of Possession of drugs, Possession with intent to deliver and possession of drug paraphernalia.
