WILKES-BARRE , LUZERNE COUNTY- Police are looking for the person behind an early morning shooting. Shots were fired in the 400 block of Hazle Street just after 1 am . 24 year old Tahij Johnson of Wilkes-Barre was hit in the arm and abdomen. He was later found at 123 Midland Court . A witness described the shooting as a drive by. No word on the victim’s condition.
