EDWARDSVILLE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- Edwarsdville police say they're moving forward in their investigation into a knife attack earlier this week.

The woman was able to fight off her attacker. But people in the area where it happened are still living in fear.

Police tell Eyewitness News they are working several leads and they the victim and neighbors should not be concerned that the attacker will strike again.

Neighbors say there are several drug houses in this area. They say people come and go at all hours of the day and night. They fear it may have been someone coming in from out of town.
