EDWARDSVILLE, LUZERNE COUNTY- We're learning more today about the man behind last night's Luzerne county police standoff. Police say Frank Naturale surrendered peacefully hours after barricading himself in an Edwardsville home. They say it all started last night around 6 o'clock when they tried to serve him an arrest warrant for burglary. At first he agreed to come out of the green street home but then refused. Police say he had a weapon, and his sister and a niece or nephew was also in the home. Naturale eventually surrendered around 10:30 and was taken into custody. | | |
