HAZLETON, LUZERNE COUNTY -- An elderly woman is dead after an SUV struck her in Hazleton.
It happened Saturday afternoon around 3:30 at Broad Street and East Monroe Avenue. Police say 75-year-old Patricia Miller of West Hazleton walked into the path of an SUV. She later died at the hospital.
Police haven't filed any charges against the driver. They want to talk to anyone who witnessed the fatal accident. | | |
