SCOTT TOWNSHIP, LACKAWANNA COUNTY - An emergency warming shelter has been set up for people who are without power in Scott Township and Greenfield Township.
Scott Township has declared a state of emergency because of the large amount of power outages. For that reason a warming station is set up at the Lakeland High School. The shelter is located at 1593 Lakeland Drive.
It will be open all night for residents of Scott and Greenfield Townships.
