PLAINS TOWNSHIP, LUZERNE COUNTY -- A man who works here says he's a victim of a car thief, and for the second time.

James Kovitch of Wyoming works at Motorworld. He says he went to move his car from a parking lot on dealership property yesterday, and it was already gone.

But Kovitch has been in this situation before. When he was going to trade school near Reading, a different car of his was stolen and never recovered. He just hopes this one is found.

"You kind of ask, 'Why me?'" said Kovitch. "But if it's not me, it's somebody else, you know."

The car that's missing is a black '91 Honda CRX. Both Kovitch and police were unable to provide a license plate number. If you have any information on the theft, you can call Plains Township police.
