WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- The Domestic Violence Service Center held its moving "An " program.

It's held in remembrance of all the victims who lost their lives as a result of domestic violence.
The keynote speaker was Attorney Sally Owen, a survivor of domestic abuse.
She now helps those who are in abusive and violent situations.
She told those in attendance about her life as a victim. She offered hope and support for those in an abusive situation.
The event was held at the Luzerne County Courthouse.
