Ex-Cop Arrested for Impersonating a Police Officer - Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at 5:15PM EST

WILKES-BARRE TWP., LUZERNE COUNTY- A former Kingston police officer has posted bail after officials picked him up for impersonating a cop in Berks County.
Daniel Griffin was taken into custody in Wilkes-Barre Township Wednesday afternoon.

An officer says Griffin flashed his old badge to try and get out of a speeding ticket near Reading.
