EXETER, LUZERNE COUNTY- Police in Exeter are taking witness' statements after a 16-year-old teenager was shot once in the chest. It happened around 9:30 Wednesday night in the 500 block of Schooley Avenue.
Police said they had a person of interest in the case, but declined to identify the individual.
The unidentified victim was transported to Geisinger Wyoming Valley. Police did not immediately have the victim's condition available.
The scene of Wednesday night's shooting is not far from a fatal shooting that happened earlier this year. According to Chief John McNeil, the case is still active. | | |
