FBI at Wilkes-Barre City Hall

WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- The F. B.I. is investigating at Wilkes-Barre city hall.
Mayor Tom Leighton said he asked for the investigation after a complaint from a city property owner.
Leighton said the accusations are aimed at a city employee.
