HAMLIN, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A Hamlin woman is heading to court after she gave up her right to a preliminary hearing on drug charges.
Police said 60-year old Rose Ann Brink posed as a nurse and switched pain medication prescribed for an 80-year old woman in order to get Percoset and Vicadin for herself.
Brink is charged with obtaining the medication by fraud and recklessly endangering another person.
