EAST STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY - Many parents wonder how to find out if their child is involved with a dangerous group. The East Stroudsburg Crime Watch wants to help. It's hosting a meeting to help identify the warning signs. It's Wednesday night at 6:30 at the Stroud Area Regional Police Station.

Eyewitness News talked with the family who helped organize the meeting because of their personal tragedy.

East Stroudsburg Crime Watch member Michael Goucher spent his life helping others. Now his family hopes his death might help someone as well. His Aunt Mary Searfoss said,"We can help people become aware so other families do not have the tragic loss the we've had in ours recently."

Police found Michael murdered in the woods of Price Township in February. He was 21 years old. Officers arrested two teenagers who they believe stabbed Michael dozens of times. Ian Seagraves and Shawn Freemore both claim to be Juggaloes, followers of the band Insane Clown Posse.

Lyrics from one of their songs read, "I'm gonna cut his neck! Cut, slice, chop, chop, stab cut." Eyewitness News can't reprint much more because the songs are so vulgar and violent.

Michael's Uncle Bill Searfoss believes they may have influenced the murder. He asked, "Why are they attracted to that, what are they getting from that. What fulfulment are they finding inside that they need to listen to that?"

Some believe Juggaloes are just angry kids. But Bill believes the group is a real threat to society. He said, "If my nephew - who was a US Army Vet - trained in self defense - could be brutally murdered - why can't your son or daugther who's hanging out with a juggalo be brutally murdered?"

He encourages others to learn about Insane Clown Posse and Juggaloes. He wants parents to listen to their children's music and learn who their friends are. He hopes the message prevents any other families from feeling his pain.

Ian Seagraves and Shawnee Freemore have not been convicted of murder. Their trial dates have not yet been scheduled.

The Insane Clown Posse's record label did not return a call for comment.
