WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- Gregory Fann has been found guilty on all counts, including first degree murder in the death of Aaron Witko. A judge took just 30 seconds to deliver his decision. Fann was accused of killing Witko in May 2008 in an apparent gun sale gone bad. Prosecutors said Fann shot Witko and later tried to hire an undercover state trooper to kill witnesses in the case. | | |
