ROARING BROOK TOWNSHIP , LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A man is dead after a crash in Lackawanna County . The accident happened in the eastbound lane of interstate 84 in Roaring Brook Township . 24-year-old Ryan Mirailh of Childs slammed his pick-up truck into a disabled tractor trailer. State Police say the tractor trailer was parked on the shoulder of the highway with its flashers on around 7am . Mirailh died at the scene. | | |
