SMITHFIELD TOWNSHIP, MONROE COUNTY -- 31-year-old Adam Faszczewski of East Stroudsburg was killed in a one vehicle crash traveling east on Interstate 80 just after ten thirty last night. His vehicle traveled off of the roadway striking an embankment then rolled numerous times which resulted in Faszczewski being ejected from the vehicle. His passenger only suffered from minor injuries, he was wearing his seatbelt, Faszczewski was not. Police say speed was a factor in this crash. That section of Interstate 80 was closed until just after twelve-thirty this morning.
