MONROE COUNTY-A man accused of shooting his teen-age son in the face is out on bail tonight and telling WBRE News his side of the story.
Police say the 17-year-old son of James Niedosik asked his father to shoot him after a fight about a video game.
But Niedosik says that's simply not true.
He says it was an accident last Friday at the family's home in Jackson Township.
"I told him I love him. He told me he loves me and when he finally gets to make a statement - we're going to see a different situation."

The shot hit the boy in the mouth, knocking out some of his teeth, injuring his tongue and getting stuck in his skull.
The teen spent several days in the hospital..
His father.. awaiting his next hearing.. out on 50-thousand dollars bail.
