WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY- It took the jury just under four hours to convict, Josue Faureles
He was accused in the death of 19-year-old Christy Aristide
Aristide was shot to death in October 2008.
It happened at the intersection of Moyallen and Grove streets in Wilkes-Barre.
Faureles said the shooting was in self defense in a struggle over the gun
The jury found Faureles not guilty of first degree murder.
