WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- Federal investigators were back at the Luzerne County Courthouse. They subpoenad records from the Clerk of Courts office.
The documents are from the "County Records Improvment Fund." That money is used to pay for the upkeep and storage of county records.
This comes weeks after Clerk of Courts Bob Reilly was charged with bribery. He denies any wrongdoing. | | |
