Federal Stimulus & PA

Federal Stimulus & PA - Tuesday, March 10, 2009 at 9:28PM EST

WILKES-BARRE -- Pennsylvania is getting $16 billion in federal stimulus over the next two years, but how should it be spent?
The federal government has designated where some of the funds will go. $4 billion to health care, $2.56 billion to education and $1.4 billion to transportation infrastructure are just some of the focused funds.

How the money will be dispensed is up to the state and they are looking for input from the public online at . Is it enough? Is using some of the money to balance the budget only going to put the next administration in a bad financial position? When will jobs be created? Should welfare be expanded?

WYOU Interactive discusses the issues with Chuck Ardo of the Governor's Office and Joseph Gilroy of Lackawanna College.
