WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- A Wilkes-Barre man is accused of using a pellet gun to threaten two people over a parking spot.
It happened Friday night around 11:30 on South Franklin and Brook Streets. The victims, Charles and Taj Palmer of Wilkes-Barre, told police Joseph Bednar pointed what appeared to be a rifle at them.
They claim Bednar told them they "parked in front of the wrong house" -- and accused them of buying drugs from a meth lab.
Police say Bednar was actually armed with a pellet rifle. He faces charges of reckless endangering and disorderly conduct. | |
