EAST STROUDSBURG, MONROE COUNTY - People who have an opinion on the plan to toll Interstate 80 will have another chance to speak out on Monday night.
Another informational meeting on the project is planned for Monday in Monroe County. It will be held at the Notre Dame High School in East Stroudsburg from 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
The proposal calls for putting up to ten toll booths across parts of the busy roadway. | | |
