PECKVILLE, LACKAWANNA COUNTY- A family catering business in Lackawanna County is coming back to life after surviving two arsons in 4 years. Fiorelli’s Catering in Peckville is working to reopen their business.

Christina Fiorelli said, "With the support of the community and our customer base we're so happy, proud to be coming back again."

The company is reopening after two big fires. Investigators say both were intentionally set. Back in 2004, the business was hit by fire. Then on March 31 of this year, another fire wrecked the building.

"We did a complete overhaul of everything. We completely gutted the entire facility, kept not one standing wall of the interior and we just started from total masonry and built the walls back over again and we're doing it all the right way," she said.

Contractors have been working 7-days-a week to rebuild a new facility within the walls left standing. They're putting up new walls and working on wiring.

Since they've been rebuilding the Fiorelli's have asked other caterers to take over bookings they lost. Ownership tells us they're already getting calls to book the rebuilt hall.

The Fiorelli’s say they expect to open that rebuilt hall in Peckville on November 1st.
