0/ 5 rating WILKES-BARRE, LUZERNE COUNTY -- The Fine Arts Fiesta in Wilkes-Barre wrapped up its final day late Sunday afternoon. And remarkably it didn't rain at all!

It was the last day for people drop by Public Square and check out art created by local people. There were paintings, drawings, sculptures - even bonsai trees and handmade brooms.

One artist we spoke to says it's a shame the event is only comes once a year. We definitely need more of this. Everybody in Wilkes-Barre should enjoy more culture. This is what we get to do. When you come here you get to see the world through other people's eyes. And then its all over."

The first Fine Arts Fiesta was held in 1956.
